Troy’s Double Shot Bar has been a community name for 40 years.  But before Troy’s began, it was a food trailer named Dee’s Diner.  Italian roast beef, meatball grinders and Italian sausage and pepper’s, were on the menu for a successful little venture.  We traveled all over Northern Nv peddling our delicious eats.  Then one night, rolling meatballs and listening to a little Fleetwood Mac, the birth of Troy’s Double Shot Bar came to be. The Debut was at the 1985 Cantaloupe Festival, the old Fairgrounds, where Safeway now resides. Later, Troy’s claim to fame would be “Home of the Famous Cantaloupe Daquiri”.  Our Daquiris made with Hearts of Gold cantaloupes.  Not only in high demand today, but, in the 1920’s -1930’s, the Eastern US found sweet love in this crossbred melon originally found in Benton Harbor Michigan.  Not only delicious, but an easy shipment in a rail car due to the tough rinds.  Fallon was put on the map.

 Today, our family has combined the two, bar and food.  Troy and DeeDee Howell started the legacy and now its morphed into a new venture.  The Venue.  We offer an Event Space for 220 guests, full bar and catering.  We can entertain Christmas parties, receptions, birthdays, luncheons, you name it, we can accommodate.  We have room for a full band, DJ, and to get your groove on, a dance floor.  We will be open monthly for special event dinners/parties. We also offer offsite catering and bar services. Concerts, Rodeo’s, multiple bars and days. While you are focusing on the special day, we are taking care of the details.
