3C’s Catering –

We Cater to You!

Whether you are dining at the golf course or hosting a party in your back yard, we bring a dedication to quality food and outstanding service everywhere we go!

With over 20 years of industry experience, Cori has just the right recipe to make your event epic.  In our dining room or at one of the many catering venues here in Fallon, you can expect your meal to be flavorful and delicious.

We maintain a high standard of service no matter where we serve you.  We are grateful for your business and hope to exceed your expectations and earn your return.

Our Signature BBQ Tri Tip

Our Tri-Tip is second to none! We’ve earned a reputation for delivering delicious, tender, smoky, flavorful Tri-Tip time after time.  Where smoking Tri-Tip is concerned, the devil is in the details.

We painstakingly hand trim every Tri-Tip.  On average, this takes around 4 minutes per roast. We remove the tough silverskin while leaving the delicious fat.

Our Signature Rub is a blend of 6 proprietary spices.  From homefries to our homemade soups…that distinctive flavor probably comes from our House Seasoning.

Smoking meat can be a difficult undertaking.  Temperatures have to be just right.  Our Wine Soaked Oak provides the perfect balance of sweet, sour and dense smoke.

Our Tri-Tip is often featured in our dining room specials as well as being our most popular protein for caterings.

Fallon Food Hub

Our Mission

FALLON FOOD HUB is a non-profit organization that is working to bring local food distribution to Fallon by building a regional food system for Fallon and surrounding rural communities.

It is our VISION to create a gathering place in the heart of our historic downtown which provides an outlet/market for local farmers, local small food producers, and an emerging value-added sector.

HOW THE Online MARKET WORKS

  • Wednesday at 2 PM  the online market closes.
  • Thursday morning the farmers will deliver the products to the Fallon Food Hub for packaging.
  • Friday at 8 AM your products will be available for pickup.
  • The Fallon Food Hub will donate your perishable items to the Fallon Daily Bread if you forget to pick up your by 2 PM Saturday.

Why Buy Local?

  • Buying local tastes better and is more nutritious
  • Commercial produce is often a week old by the time it travels over 1,500 miles to get to supermarkets, often requiring preservatives.
  • Commercial produce is sometimes picked too early, making fruit, for example, hard and tasteless.
  • Locally grown food, on the other hand, is harvested at its peak in taste and nutrition for your immediate purchase.
  • Many local farmers offer the unique and flavorful heirloom varieties of produce they sell.
  • Buying local keeps the money in our community
  • Commercial food profits go to a middleman or giant business outside our community and state, whereas buying local keeps the money cycling here in our community, helping it to grow and prosper.
  • Buying fresh produce from local producers helps preserve local farms and our precious rural community.
  • Buying local ensures a safe and secure food
  • Getting to know our local food producers, their ethics, cultural heritage, and farming practices provides confidence in a safe supply of healthy food for our families.
  • Buying from local farmers helps renew rural, small-scale agriculture in our communities and helps guarantee a consistent flow of healthy food year round.

Frey Ranch Estate Distillery

Welcome to Frey Ranch Estate Distillery

Frey Ranch is open to the public for tastings and tours every Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.

Just about an hour outside of Reno, near the small town of Fallon, NV., lies the historic and unique Frey Ranch, with roots dating back to 1918. In addition to planting, growing and harvesting a variety of crops, including corn, alfalfa, wheat and barley, Frey Ranch is home to Churchill Vineyards, Nevada’s only estate winery. Owned and operated by Colby Frey and his wife, Ashley, Churchill Vineyards grows the grapes for and produces six high-quality wines.

Nearly one year after releasing Nevada’s first legally distilled spirit, Colby and Ashley officially launched the state’s first commercial estate distillery, Frey Ranch Estate Distillery in Churchill County, Nevada growing grains for, distilling, malting and bottling, gin, vodka and bourbon.

The brand new, 4,700 square-foot distillery features a still room, tank room, barreling room and tasting room. The centerpiece of the distillery is a one-of-a-kind, custom-made Vendome still that is capable of producing 10,000 cases of spirits a month. Additionally, there are four 5,000 gallon fermenters, one 5,000 gallon mash cooker, one 5,000 gallon beer well, one 500 gallon pot still and a 24-foot continuous still.

Truly, a grain-to-glass operation, the scenic and spectacular Frey Ranch is a must-visit and is one of the only places in the country where visitors can book tastings and tours of a quality estate vineyard and distillery.

Churchill County’s first vineyard was established in 2001 with ten different varieties of fine wine grapes seven miles south of Fallon, Nevada.

In September 2004 Churchill Vineyards successfully created its first vintage of premium estate wines.

Churchill Vineyards is also located on the historic Frey Ranch in Churchill County, Nevada. Open every Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.

Jerry’s Restaurant #37

Welcome to Jerry’s

Jerry’s restaurants were originally founded by the Goucher family in 1964. The chain grew to over 50 locations throughout the western states. The concept, named after Grandma Goucher’s son, Jerry, was based on the many popular coffee shop style restaurants of the time. Simple, classic, American food served in a friendly, always open, environment was a winner then, and to this day, proves to be something that continues to resonate with both young and old alike.

See menu on the website listed above.

Lattin Farms

Through the decades we’ve raised five children and 11 grandchildren, while growing our farm from alfalfa and small grains to a local destination hot spot complete with organic produce, the first corn maze in the West, and shelves with homemade jams, breads, and canned goods.

We are a certified organic farm and want to grow nutritious food for our family and yours.  We bring local produce to you in many Northern Nevada locations through farmers’ markets, our produce stand, and through the Great Basin Basket Community Supported Agriculture.

Our hope is that by opening our farm gate, visitors of Lattin Farms will reconnect with the earth, learn a little about the importance of agriculture and how their food is grown.  Our most important goal is for you to have some fun with your loved ones.

Sanford Ranch LLC

Superior quality beef on a family friendly budget.

We are enthusiastic and thrilled to share Sanford Ranch’s delicious beef to our customers. Our family-owned and operated ranch is located in the agriculture community of Fallon, Nevada. We are a family team, working side by side on our ranch where our meat products are raised locally, without the use of growth hormones, steroids, growth-promoting antibiotics, fillers, added coloring etc., and with access to pasture for their entire life. We feel this provides ultra-fresh and wholesome food to share with your family. Our focus is to provide superior quality beef on a family-friendly budget. We understand the desire to feed your family high-quality, nutritious meat without breaking the bank.

Ranching has become a tradition in our family with three generations involved! Sanford Ranch started in 1996 with “Big D”, “Gerbil”, and their two sons raising Black Angus Beef in the Northern Nevada area. “Big D” earned his name since we tease him about his size and D for Dad, but now most days he mostly goes by Grandpa. “Gerbil” earned her name since she is always on the move, small and inquisitive, but she enjoys being called “grammy grammy grammy” now.

Big D and Gerbil’s sons, Mike and Joe, both went away for school but came back to ranching with their own families in tow! Mike’s wife, Dani, is from Reno and her days are spent wrangling children, organizing steaks, washing jeans, and making buffets for the ranch crew. Joe met Chelsea unexpectedly in Las Vegas. She met and fell in love with a rugged cowboy. Now she lives in the middle of nowhere on a working cattle ranch and is always chipping dried manure from her high heels and taking their son and daughter on tractor rides.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture and we look forward to sharing a steak with you!
