Shanti Yoga

Fallon’s only yoga studio offers you an instructor with a demonstrated history of working not only in the yoga and fitness industry, but also in health and wellness. She has been certified in fitness yoga, and holds a 200 hour RYT with the National Yoga Alliance in Hatha Yoga. Skilled in mindfulness, breath work, traditional yoga, Wellness and lifestyle coaching, personal training, and nutritional coaching, Shanti Yoga offers high end instruction. Your well-being is always top priority, and you will feel welcome, safe, and cared for immediately upon entering. Our atmosphere is mellow, soothing, warm, and playful. Our space is clean, lighting is low, and practice is deeply traditional and personal. We welcome every level of student from the most beginner to the most advanced in EVERY class. Each practice is unique to the person taking part; you do what you can, when you can, and progress as you are ready. Our practices wind down with a beautiful guided savasana, and we promise you will leave feeling a renewed sense of vitality and energy.
