Skilled in mindfulness, breath work, traditional yoga, Wellness and lifestyle coaching, personal training, and nutritional coaching, Shanti Yoga offers high end instruction. Your well-being is always top priority, and you will feel welcome, safe, and cared for immediately upon entering. Our atmosphere is mellow, soothing, warm, and playful.
