Hi, I’m Kim Padilla, Nurse Practitioner and owner of High Desert Vitality.
With over 14 years of healthcare experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel better, live longer, and take control of their health. I spent 9 years as an Emergency Department RN before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, and for the past 5 years, I’ve provided primary care and urgent care services across a wide range of patient needs.
Through every chapter of my medical journey, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping patients become the healthiest, most confident version of themselves.
At High Desert Vitality, my mission is to go beyond traditional care and focus on preventative, personalized wellness — whether that’s through hormone optimization, sustainable weight loss, or simply helping you feel good in your own skin. It truly brings me joy to support my patients in achieving their goals and living vibrant, energized lives.
Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my husband and our three dogs. My hobbies include dog agility training, hiking the high desert trails, cooking healthy meals, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.
