Please follow these steps to access our platform:
1. Access our website by clicking on the following link: https://www.costcobusinessdelivery.com. Alternatively, you may navigate to Costco.com and select the Business Delivery link prominently displayed on the blue banner at the top of the page. Kindly note that all orders must be placed by 3 PM the day prior to the scheduled delivery.
2. To sign in, utilize your existing Costco.com account credentials. New users can initiate the registration process by clicking Sign In/Register on the top right corner of the page. During registration, you will be prompted to provide essential details including your email address, a password of your choice, and your membership number. For those engaging in resale activities with an active license, please forward your Business Name, website Email, membership number, and a copy of your license to us via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
3. Underneath the blue banner, locate the “Delivery Zip Code” field and enter the correct zip code corresponding to your delivery address. You may then commence shopping.
4. Upon reaching the checkout stage, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date (up to one week in advance). Payment methods accepted include Visa/Mastercard, Check On Delivery (COD), and ACH/E-Check. Additionally, you have the option to save your preferred payment method for future transactions. When providing delivery address information, kindly ensure that you include the first and last name of the primary contact person, Company Name, and any pertinent delivery instructions such as gate codes. Should you require a specific delivery time window, please contact us at businessdeliveryreno@costco.com. Please note that a minimum 5-hour delivery window is required, and any specific requests should be communicated via email.

Must have a valid costco membership
Delivery location must be zoned business/commercial
No parking restrictions
Deliveries can only be make between 8:30am and 4pm, Monday-Friday (no Weekend Deliveries)
We can only deliver to one central location, we cannot stock shelves or rotate merchandise.
In multi-floor buildings, an elevator must be accessible for deliveries, we cannot hand-carry up or down any stairs.
Delivery areas must be at least 5 feet in width
Orders under $250 a delivery charge of $25 will be applied

to create a shopping list, select an item then click “add to list” select what list to add the item to, additionally once you have a shop history you can go to “buy again” and replicate an old order.
If you are unable to find an item that you are looking for that you have seen at Costco you can email us at businessdeliveryreno@costco.com, we may be out of stock or it just may not be published to our website yet but we can manually add it to your order if it is available.
Bakery items such as Bagels/ Muffins/ and Danishes are not available on the website but are most definitely available for delivery, to order these items please email businessdeliveryreno@costco.com with your order number, quantity requested and flavor so we can manually add it to your order.

Phone calls and correspondence are received on a daily basis inquiring about local business information, contact, relocation, real estate(including rentals), schools, medical, insurance, employment, retail, recreational facilities, utility work, utilities, maintenance, childcare, pet care, RV parks, attorneys, home repairs, landscaping, printers, churches, banks, and many others! We send out relocation packets every month to people who have requested information – your business can be included!
